Like last year, we've got four hours of fun waiting for you!  Four different instructors will lead you through a heart-pumping, calorie burning good time for a great cause!

What’s a Spin-a-thon?

Indoor cyclists sign up to ride spin bicycles for anywhere from one to four hours (three people rode all 4 hours last year).  

A different instructor leads each hour.  It’s loud, it’s fun and there are lots of prizes.  

In addition to riding spin cycles, we are building a Wall of Courage in the event room with names and pictures of family and friends who have or are currently battled serious illness.

What's this all about?

We are raising money to provide support to the current and future beneficiaries of Arms Around Bainbridge - all members of our community battling serious illness.

How can I be a part of this?

There are several ways to participate and help raise much-needed funds:

 1. Register to ride at the event for one to four hours. A donation of $50/hour per bike is requested.   Click the Spin-a-thon Registration tab at the top of this page.

Last year was a sellout, so don't delay!

 2. Help us build the Wall of Courage with the names of people who have or are fighting serious illness.   We’ll put a heart with each name (and photos if you bring them to the event) on the wall.

Ask friends and family to add to the Wall by making a donation of $50 donation for 1 heart or  $100 donation for 3 hearts. Click here for Wall of Courage donations.

 3. Be a Ride to Remember Superstar! This is the BEST way to support AAB beneficiaries.

We all have a friend or loved one whose life has been affected by serious illness. Honor that person in your life by creating a fundraising page in their name. We'll guide you through creating and personalizing your own page. Then spread the word!  

On the reservation page, click the option for creating your own a fundraising page.

Ride to Remember Superstars may use the funds raised on their personal dedication page to reserve bikes for themselves and their friends at the event ($50 per bike, per hour), and to add names and photos to the Dedication Wall ($50 for one, $100 for 3). We will acknowledge all Superstars and their honorees at the event.

Bonus:  The AAB store will be open for the event.  You'll be able to try on and order AAB logo'd sports wear.  The AAB store is open two times per year.
